PetLondon was founded by Melody in 1999, with the help of Poppy, her rescue Yorkie Terrier Cross, who features as the logo. Her premise being to design, manufacture and supply fashionable pet clothing, chic carriers, exciting toys, tasty treats and amazing accessories to international audiences.  PetLondon promotes animal welfare in all its operations and embraces the rapidly expanding sentiments that pets are being thought of and treated like human family members.

We provide a totally unique, hyper-personalised experience with friendly and personable 1-on-1 consultations catering for each specific needs of each individual customer’s outlets. With invitation, our central London showroom can be mocked up as a ‘model pet shop’ where retailers and their dogs are welcomed in to explore and visualise merchandise presentation and displays.

A robust, intuitive ordering and payment online, ensures a quick, informative, fast and up-to-date ordering system. Our new grid system allows for companies with a couple of clicks to order multiple sizes and colours across whole collections. 80% of orders placed are shipped the same day, with no minimum order on each SKU. Our wholesale team travels to our retailers across the UK to train our customers’ staff on the benefits and features of our stock.
