We offer both domestic and international shipping. For international shipping our prefered partner is UPS. For domestic UK shipping you can choose from regular mail which means your order would be sent with royal mail or Parcelforce Express. If you select Parcelforce express your order will be sent on their 48 hour service once the order is ready to ship.
Please note on average orders take 1-3 days to be ready to ship but as we have over 3000 products there are some items that can take up to 14 days (or 21 at peak periods) to be ready to ship. Selecting Express delivery means your item(s) will be sent on the express service when ready but does not guarentee them shipping immediately.
Items purchased in the Showroom can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase but all showroom sales are final and we cannot offer refunds on items purchased in store.
Items purchased online are exchangeable for alternative sizes within 14 days of receipt so long as they are in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Alternatively, PetLondon will issue you with a credit note. Items purchased online are eligible for a refund of product cost if they are returned within 7 days of recipet.
If you wish to return an item, please email email@example.com or call 020 7580 7580 to request a returns form. Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post addressed to our current trading address as shown on this site, as we cannot be held responsible for losses on the postal system.
All items should be checked upon reciept and any damages reported within 5 working days.
If your item is deemed to be faulty, you will be offered a full refund.
Please note that postage costs are not refundable.
We strongly recommend that all toys, and particularly those that contain squeaks, should be given to pets only under supervision.
The exception to this returns policy is on food products or other consumable products such as supplements and liquid items such as shampoo. For health and safety reasons these are not returnable.
